Hi, I’m Sarah
I am an American in Paris who coaches individuals and groups in habit formation, behavior change, and skills related to productivity and life management.
Before coaching, I worked for two decades on the macro side of behavior change, in strategic marketing (getting groups of people to do something) and patient support and adherence, where I became fascinated with the “why don’t we do what we know we are ‘supposed’ to?” question. As a result, I love to work with people who feel stuck or overwhelmed, and I excel in helping people get out of the cycle of self condemnation and start them moving towards success - whatever that looks like for them.

Exuberantly imperfect myself, I base all my coaching in modeling and teaching how to change with self compassion.
